Meet Laurie & Megan
Laurie is a dedicated cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience, offering a full range of services for men, women, and children. Her specialties include women’s cuts, blonding and highlighting, and men’s grooming with beard detailing.
Raised in a military family, she made Colorado home and, with her husband of 30+ years, raised their daughters in the Fountain–Fort Carson area. After eight years in North Austin, Texas, they returned to Colorado to be closer to family.
Laurie prioritizes personalized care and lasting client relationships. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can relax, enjoy a beverage, and leave looking and feeling their best.
Megan is a dedicated cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise includes perms, color treatments, haircuts, and facial waxing.
She prioritizes client needs and satisfaction, providing personalized care and attention. Her passion for hair care is matched by her commitment to building lasting client relationships. She strives to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for everyone she serves.

Guests 65 and older receive a small courtesy discount on select services. Just let us know at checkout and we’ll apply it when it qualifies.

Pierson Hills Salon & Barber is inside a multi‑business building at 2993 Broadmoor Valley Rd, Suite 206.
When you arrive, park near the main entrance (you'll see a large wooden door), come inside, and take the stairs to the second floor. Walking through the door (no code required), you'll make a right and hang a left in the hallway. And around the corner you'll find Suite 206 (there isn’t much signage, so give yourself a couple extra minutes the first time).
